Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

  • Canada: 7–20 business days

  • Europe: 7–20 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–20 business days

  • Other International Destinations: 10–30 business days

Shipping Costs

Tracking Information

Incorrect Address

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in working with the shipping carrier.

Emmafy is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen after delivery.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging.
